1. Custom-Made Products: All products offered by Souk Furniture are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. As such, it is essential that customers ensure the accuracy of their provided specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, and any other relevant details.
2. Order Placement: By placing an order with Souk Furniture, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate and complete information regarding the customizations required for your product. Any changes or modifications to your order must be communicated to us in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Souk Furniture accepts various payment methods, which will be communicated during the checkout process.
4. Production and Lead Time: Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, production will commence. The lead time for producing custom-made furniture may vary depending on the complexity of the product and current order volumes. We will provide an estimated lead time upon order confirmation.
5. No Refund or Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept refunds or returns once the item has been produced and delivered. We encourage customers to carefully review their order specifications before finalizing the purchase.
6. Quality and Workmanship: Souk Furniture is committed to providing high-quality custom-made products. We use premium materials and skilled craftsmanship to create each piece. However, minor variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of materials.
7. Delivery and Shipping: Souk Furniture provides delivery services within Lebanon. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any related terms will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
8. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify Souk Furniture within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and may provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.
9. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
10. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content displayed on the Souk Furniture website are the intellectual property of Souk Furniture and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our explicit permission.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
